The most effective and successful search begins with meeting with those Decision Makers who are directly impacted by hiring a specific candidate. 

The objective is to accurately identify the position duties and responsibilities, short-term and long-term goals, compensation structure, reporting relationships, etc.  In addition, you will be asked to fill out Search Navigator which describes a qualified candidate in terms of personality, working habits and behavior.Under our search programs, L.G. Executive Partners, LLC will be given exclusive rights for the search from recruiting phase to the final selection of the candidates.

•Exclusive Retained Search (starting salaries $70,000.00 and over).   The fee for this service is calculated at Fifteen percent (15%) of the hired candidate’s estimated first year compensation.   

An advanced retainer of one-third of the estimated search fee is due L.G. Executive Partners, LLC upon acceptance of the assignment.  One-third of the search fee is due 30 days after acceptance of the assignment, with the final one-third due 60 days after acceptance. All telephone calls, facsimiles and regular mail expenses associated with the search are included in the search fee.  All approved unusual expenses such as travel, overnight deliveries, criminal background checks and personality tests are billed separately.    

If the candidate is terminated for any reason other than lack of work within 90 days of his/her date of start, L.G. Executive Partners, LLC will find a suitable replacement within reasonable period of time following the termination free of charge.    If the candidate is terminated for any reason other than lack of work after 90 days up to one calendar year of his/her date of start, L.G. Executive Partners, LLC will find a suitable replacement within reasonable period of time following the termination at half of the original fee.

•Exclusive Modified Retained Search (salaries up to $70,000.00).  The fee for this service is calculated at Fifteen percent (15%) of the hired candidate’s estimated first year compensation.   

An advanced retainer of one-third of the estimated search fee is due L.G. Executive Partners, LLC upon acceptance of the assignment.  The balance of the search fee is due upon start date of the referred candidate. All telephone calls, facsimiles and regular mail expenses associated with the search are included in the search fee.  All approved unusual expenses such as travel, overnight deliveries, criminal background checks and personality tests are billed separately.

•Candidate Screening and Interviewing.  Many Employers are great at generating candidate flow, but lack the expertise or staff to adequately screen and interview prospective employees.  By outsourcing the selection and interviewing process to L.G. Executive Partners, LLC you can save yourself time, money and aggravation.

•Reference checking, Employment and Educational Verification.  Some Employers lack the Staff and the internal know-how or objectivity to assess the merits of the candidates.  When such situation arises, L.G. Executive Partners, LLC will conduct thorough references for them, and write a detailed reference report. 

•Complete Candidate Profile Report  includes professional references, employment verification, educational , criminal background checking and psychometric testing.
