Our Process

We believe our process of attracting top talent is unique and efficient, and consists of three distinct phases:

Recruit Phase: We begin with Employer Needs Analysis by understanding our client’s profile: culture, values, expectations and the qualifications the client seeks in a candidate.  Through Research and Initial Screening, we identify the individuals who possess the skills and qualifications required.  We then schedule face-to-face interviews with the most highly qualified candidates and make sure you are provided with a Reference Report. 

                    1. Employer Needs Analysis

                               ·         Understand the client profile: cultures, values, expectations, etc.

                               ·         Determine the qualifications the client seeks in a candidate.

                       ·         Understand the compensation package.

                       ·         Determine how to successfully present new opportunities to candidates. 

                    2.  The search strategy

                             Ø       Recruiting targets

                             Ø       Key selection factors

                             Ø       Compensation and Career potential 

                    3.  Research and Initial screening

                       ·         Research competitors, proprietary database, job boards, personal contacts

                             and networks, job fairs to uncover potential candidates

                       ·         Review resumes for proper qualifications

                       ·         Create a Target list of the best candidates

                       ·         Initial telephone interviews to assess level of fit and interest in the job 

                    4.  Interviews

                       ·         Conduct personal interviews with each candidate

                       ·         Evaluate each candidate and select the best to present to the Client

                       ·         Present candidates to the Client

                       ·         Arrange interview dates and times

                       ·         Client interviews

                             Ø       Client Debriefing

                             Ø       Candidate Debriefing

                    5.        Reference Checking

                               ·         All references are contacted and questioned in depth

                       ·         Develop a Reference Report

 

 

Offer Phase: After mutual interest is determined, we assist in negotiating an acceptable compensation package with the finalist you select.

                       ·         Assist the Client in making the best decision based on qualifications,

                             our opinion, candidate's feedback and  opinions from reference checking.

                       ·         Make an offer

                       ·         Obtain acceptance

                       ·         Negotiate 

 

Transition: Once your offer is formally accepted, we help provide for a smooth transfer to your company, by counseling the new hire on proper resignation procedures and by helping to facilitate the move.

                       ·         Follow up with the Client periodically to assure a smooth transition

                       ·         Follow up with the New Hire to assure a smooth transition

                       ·         Help to retain top-tier performers
